About us
Set off, explore and arrive.
That’s exactly what we’re all about – your hosts Juliana and Daniel Döllerer. We are Mondsee natives, but always open to adventures in new worlds. After our training, we started our culinary journey of discovery in Luxembourg, then Berlin. We took the next step to Vienna, where we rediscovered the Austrian cuisine again. Then we entered our hot phase: Zanzibar, a completely different world of flavours. But there was always room in our hearts for mountains and Kaiserschmarren. Next stop: Salzburg. Now we have landed at the Lake Mondsee – with the mission of starting our own (g)astronomical project. And to take the uniqueness of the Mondsee region with us.

If you want to aim high, you need the right crew. A young, fresh team with a clear mission. We’re rockets in the service department, celestial kitchen staff or flying room attendants. All of this with zero gravity. There are no real astronauts at apollo am Mondsee, but we do have two real captains on board – on our ship apollo MS MONDSEELAND. And at all apollo stations, from the ship to the hotel to the guesthouses, the entire crew has a common goal: to offer our guests an unforgettable experience.
